My least favorite exercise I think is the side lunge.

Jillian combines these with anterior raises, and I am just not coordinated enough to do both at the same time... I will admit it is getting easier though. I think maybe part of my issue is that she doesn't start with both legs together like in that image, she starts with them wide apart as in the lunge.
